The Personal Training Studio:

Our 1,000 square foot Personal Training & Massage Therapy center in Boca Raton, FL is divided into two halves.  About 60% of our center is home to our Personal Training studio where you work one on one with the Personal Trainer focusing solely on your objectives & goals. 

The Personal Training studio houses some of the most up to date, state-of-the-art personal training equipment available, including select pieces from companies like Cybex, Magnum, Bandit, Icarian, Stairmaster, NuStep and others.

Unlike what you would likely find in most crowded gyms, our center is specifically designed to allow the personal trainer to focus 100 % of his or her attention on your individual objectives and goals and get maximum results as fast and as safely as possible. You never have to wait to use equipment. There are no crowds to be concerned with. You and your Personal Trainer will stay focused on achieving your goals and your objectives. It's all about RESULTS!

The Massage Therapy Clinic:

Beyond the Personal Training studio is the peaceful and serene environment of our Massage Therapy suite.

Here, the Massage Therapist will address your therapeutic needs, be it Neuromuscular Massage Therapy to treat an injury from an auto accident; or Deep Tissue Massage Therapy to recover from that weekend of gardening; or just soothing Massage Therapy to relax and renew the body and mind. When you enter our therapy clinic in Boca Raton, FL you will hear the gentle sound of a waterfall and soft calming music, helping your mind and senses to quickly relax.

Whether your goal is to simply relax, or to heal, we have several forms of Massage Therapy available to help achieve the results you need.



Ken Edelson, LMT, NSCA-CPT, MES

is the director of HealthQuest Fitness & Therapy Center. He is a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), a nationally Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT -   National Strength & Conditioning Association), and is a certified  Medical Exercise Specialist (MES - American Academy of Health, Fitness & Rehab Professionals).  Additionally, Ken also has a Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL .

Ken works with clients of all ages and all levels, from the beginner to advanced sports enthusiast.  He is extremely knowledgeable about the body, including the special requirements of patients needing Post-Rehab or Medical Exercise Programs who were recently discharged from Physical Therapy, and in need of a Post-Rehab program, as well as special population clients with involved medical history.  Ken can work with your Physical Therapist or Physician to create the perfect continuum of care for you following your Physical Therapy discharge, to help you build upon your PT success on your quest back to optimal health and fitness.

Ken will design a fun and challenging program specifically tailored to meet your needs, goals and objectives. Whether your objective is to continue making improvements following discharge from a Physical Therapy rehab program to recover from an injury, or perhaps to reduce body-fat and lose weight, increase metabolism and youthful energy, and/or to improve muscle tone and firm up, Ken will help you get fast and safe results.
